chris arrived with his stack of lps, many courtesy of his step dad, bob. the chronicle music critic at the time. austin contributed his eclectic theater and comedy recordings and, well, himself. those of you that know austin know that nothing more need be said. balancing that urbane cultural scene chris invited me to visit his grandfather, where we got to do gold panning from the virgin load of dirt. it was lesson in history from the stevens family. i will never forget what a great experience it was to live with those two guys. moving on to his study habits, everyone knew how brilliant he was, an enlightened manner. he was truly the smartest man in the room but never comported himself that way. he was confident and outgoing. never arrogant. always self-effacing, quick with a laugh or grin. always looking for ways to learn something from everyone else around him. he was no surprise considering chris came from such good stock. chris studied western civilizations and immerses himselfs in cultures and languages and took multiple trips to study abroad in spain,

bob beck with tjpa to give an update on the pla progress in the last quarter. last month we had our quarterly meeting with the trade unions. so this represents now one full-year since we first approved the pla. and we had updates on upcoming trade packages to make sure that the unions are informed of work that is coming down the pipeline. sorry, wrong mic. as well as reports on the progress that webcor has made in working with the veterans organizations in the bay area and we'll have ted wang from webcor come up and speak to that in a few minutes. as well as the work as the unions have done with tech 21 and local schools. so there has been a lot of good progress made on that front and there continues to be no work shortage issues or other impediments to our project. and we had no reportable incidents in safety in the last month. in terms of trade packages as you know at the last board meeting or the october board meeting we awarded the substructure package. $120 million on that package and the slide says the bids are due january 10th. we do through the question

we have had some tough types and have been here during those tough times and i want to acknowledge bob macintosh because during those tough times he was there supporting us and doing whatever is necessary to survive the transition from the loss of the alcatraz. and going forward, it has been great that they got the w ta contract there is no company that i think could do a better job. i'm really proud to be able to stand here as you know representative that weapon we have a great relationship and that our members are safe and working for this company, they get great benefit and jobs. the reason we all came out today is because there is so many times when he when we don't really have the opportunity to stand up for our company and assist them as they develop and this last year we saw the numbers of employees agree on our side almost doubled and that is really a contributory responsibility to their commitment, dedication and the good operation that they run and pier 41 facility, i think if you seen it lately, it's really transformed into you know, a beautiful facility and very vibrant and
